18.nedelja trudnoce, amniocenteza i po koje plakanje
Vreme leti, prosto je za nepoverovati da sam skoro pa na polovini svoje trudnoce. Bebac raste, trenutno ima 22cm i 180gr.
Pregrmela sam najstresniji period u trudnoci do sada, a to je vadjenje plodove vode, zahvat o kome sam toliko citala po forumima da sam se jezila i pri samoj pomisli na to kako li cu ja da prodjem, hocu li imati srece da naletim na dobrog lekara, da li cu izbeci da se pojavim u statistickih 1% zena koje usled amniocenteze dozive pobacaj.
Ako na to dodam i cinjenicu da sam zahvat radila u zloglasnoj Betaniji gde je samo par dana ranije umrla jedna beba u maminom stomaku, posledice na moj nervni sistem su bile katastrofalne.Mnogo se brinem sto nemam izbora i sto cu na kraju trudnoce ipak tamo da zavrsim na porodjaju. Znate kada procitate horor iskustva zena koje su se poradjale u Betaniji, dodje vam da se jednostavno poradjate kod kuce.
Suvisno je reci da sam dan pre zakazanog zahvata dva puta plakala, jednom, sto me je sve to jako mucilo a muz obigravao oko mene pokusavajuci da me smiri a drugi put, sto mi se cinilo kako je on predivan i preuvidjajan prema meni a ja vestica koja samo zvoca i svadja se sa njim. Jednom recju, svaki put kada bi mi se on onako ljupko nasmesio dok sam mu lezala na ramenu, ja bih briznula u plac jer sam imala osecaj krivice. Na kraju vise nisam ni znala zasto placem, pa sam prestala. "Izvini dragi, mnogo mi je zao". Klasicna trudnicka reakcija.
Sledeceg jutra odlazimo zajedno u Betaniju u ugovorenih 8h. Na red za amniocentezu sam dosla u 11h. Srecom, tamo od sramote nisam smela da placem, inace bih vrlo rado.
Morali smo da sacekamo da prodje vizita, a zatim i da se neko od lekara "oslobodi" pa da mi dodjemo na red. Srecom, suprug je sve vreme bio uz mene, pa mi vreme nekako lakse proslo.
U medjuvremenu sam morala da potpisem dve veoma stupidne izjave od kojih mi se opet plakalo. U jednoj Izjavi potpisujem da sam u potpunosti upoznata sa rizikom zahvata, da mi je objasnjeno sve vezano za proceduru i mogucnost gubitka ploda kao i da sam zadovoljna nacinom na koji mi je tretman uradjen. Pitam sestru da li ce mi lekar sve ovo objasniti, na sta ona iznenadjeno kaze da nece, to je trebao geneticar da mi objasni. A geneticar mi je rekao samo za procenat rizika gubitka ploda koji iznosi 1%. Dakle, da se nisam tako dobro informisala na forumima i cekala na Betaniju da me informise, sada bila bih kao magarac u magli. U drugoj izjavi potpisujem da mi je izvadjeno 20ml plodove vode koja se salje na analizu. Sve ovo otpisujem 2 sata pre obavljenog zahvata. I onda kada se nesto desi, cudimo se kako im niko nista ne moze. Pa naravno, kada se oni maksimalno papiroloski ograde, pa su zasticeni sta god da se desi. Verovatno je i sa porodjajem slicna situacija. Ali ko ce tada da razmislja hoce potpisati ili ne?!
Sve u svemu, nakon 3 sata cekanja, odvode me do lekara koji je u roku od nekoliko minuta obavio intervenciju. Srecom pa je doktor bio rasplozen, tako da sam i ovaj put izbegla plakanje. Najneprijatniji deo cele price bilo je zabijanje dugacke igle u donji deo stomaka bez anestezije, koja je kroz stomak prosla lako kao kroz sundjer, brrrrrrr, a ja sve to naravno radoznalo posmatrala. Bilo mi je interesantno da u injekciji vidim 20 ml bistre, zute tecnosti u kojoj moja beba trenutno boravi. Odmah nakon toga ustajem i odlazim u drugi kraj zgrade gde nastavljam da lezim jos oko sat vremena. Od tog dana evo vec nedelju dana sam kao na jajima, polako ustajem, polako sedam, ne saginjem se, ne dizem nista tesko, pratim stanje da nema slucajno oticanja plodove vode i sl.Borim se sa stresom i konstantnim opterecenjem. Ne bih prezivela da mi se posle ovoliko borbe nesto lose desi.
No, kako dani odmicu, sve mi je lakse, pocinjem lagano da se opustam, vise ni ne mislim o tome.

U sličnoj si situaciji kao i ja. Plašim se porođaja više nego ičega baš zbog toga što je bolnica u mom gradu poznata po "nesrećnim" slučajevima. Svašta su mi napričale sestre i komšinice koje su se porodile nedavno. Možemo samo da se nadamo da će nam bebe biti zdrave i jake, da ne navuku nikakvu infekciju, žuticu i slično i da možemo da izađemo u najkraćem mogućem roku iz porodilišta.
Evo i jednog lepog iskustva iz Betanije :)
Od prvog UZ u 12. nedelji trudnoce, pa sve do kraja, svi su bili sasvim korektni i ljubazni. A sto se porodjaja tice, imam zamerku samo na jednog doktora, ni ime mu nisam zapamtila, koji je tog dana ustao na levu nogu i glumio ludilo. Svi ostali, babice, lekari, stazisti, ma celokupno osoblje je bilo fantasticno. Sam tok porodjaja, i sve ono posle porodjaja, sasvim na mestu i nivou...
Tako da, draga trudnice, nemoj puno da razmisljas o tome, niti da se nerviras. Potrudi se da svoju trudnocu izneses do kraja na najzdraviji i najbolji nacin, i videces, sve ce biti sjajno :)

Svaka vam cast, ja bih iskreno volela neki dobar savet jer sam mlada pa pojma nemam niocemu... :( zakazana mi je plodova voda za 22 jul, medjutim ja sam u petoj nedelji trudnoce primljena na betaniju sa jakim bolovima i krvarenjem. Pa se uzasno bojim plodove vode da mi ne izazove pobacaj jer je rizicna trudnoca, sta vi mislite? :(
